This parented class is for young dancers who are not quite ready to attend class on their own & need a bit of help from a parent/caregiver becoming comfortable in a studio setting & gaining the confidence to move into one of our un-parented classes on their own. This class includes the basics of Ballet, Jazz & Hop Hip all in a fun, fresh & funky class. Each child is welcome to have 1 parent/caregiver attend the class alongside them.

Our Disney Make Believe Ballet classes introduce the magical world of dance through an enchanting fairytale dance class! This class uses the beginning stages of Ballet and creative movement while placing emphasis on coordination, musicality, and instilling the love of dance.

Our little Ballerinas will explore the beginnings of Classical Ballet in a welcoming, creative, and encouraging environment. We use music, props, & creativity to teach the fundamentals of Ballet to ensure your dancer gets off to the right start!! This class is a wonderful introduction to our full-year Budding Ballerina class. This allow your child to experience the class before joining us next season.

Our Hippity Hop dance class is upbeat, high energy, fast-paced & perfect for any little mover & groover. This class is in an introduction to basic Hip Hop, Funk & Creative Movement all set to some of your favourite cool & funky music.

Prop Kits
You’ll notice some classes now have an additional fee for prop kits. Props are an important part of your child’s dance program. Props provide an extra element of magic and creativity to their classes. In light of COVID-19 and ensuring the safety of all dancers within the studio, we are unable to continue to share class items amongst classes. Click here to read more about our safety protocols for in-person classes.
Prop kits are $20.00 per child for age 4 yrs & under & $12.00 per child for ages 5/6 yrs where applicable. This annual fee will be charged as part of your registration. Each dancer will be given a bag on their first class with us to use for the duration of the season. Dancers who are returning to the studio are asked to hold on to their bags from previous seasons & bring it with them on the first day of class. Returning dancers will only be given a new bag if the previous one has been lost & the applicable fee will be processed to your account. If a single item has been misplaced a new one can be given to your dancer at a fee of $5.00 per item. When moving from parented to un-parented classes a new bag will also be charged/given to the dancers as items change. Please note this fee is additional and on top of the class/Sessional fee.
Waitlist
If you notice a class has a waitlist, please feel free to register and you will be added to the class if any spots open up. Otherwise, please join us in one of our alternate class times. We can’t wait to dance with you!
