All new enrollments must wait a minimum of 24 hours before attending their first class. For example if you register on the same day the class starts, you must wait for the following class/week to attend. This ensures we are ready to welcome you and that you receive all important information prior to starting.
Payment Note: The FIRST & LAST month’s full-term class fees or Sessional program fee will be posted to your online portal account along with the registration fee and prop bag (if required) at the time of registration. Fees will then be charged to your payment method on file on the 1st or 15th of the month.
Your first & last month’s tuition fees & registration fee for full-term classes are non-refundable under any circumstances as they hold a spot for your child in our classes.
Refunds for Sessional classes will be extended if written notice is provided to us a minimum of 14 days prior to the start date of the class. ** Notification received less than 14 days prior to the first class will receive a full credit to your account to use in the future. There are NO exceptions.
